Job Description
We are seeking a professional, articulate, and organized Front Desk Administrator to join our premier educational institution in Kochi. As the first point of contact, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming workplace for students, parents, and visitors while managing essential administrative and front-office operations.

Responsibilities:

- Student & Visitor Management: Warmly welcome students, parents, and corporate visitors to the center and direct them to the appropriate department or counsellor.
- Enquiry Handling: Manage incoming phone calls, address basic course/program inquiries, and route complex queries to the respective academic or admissions teams.
- Database Management: Efficiently record and maintain walk-in visitor details, student registrations,



and enquiry logs in the internal system/CRM.
- Office Coordination: Manage incoming and outgoing couriers, mail, and official documents.
- Administrative Support: Assist the center management team with daily administrative tasks, scheduling student appointments, and maintaining a tidy reception area.

Requirements & Skills:

- Education: Graduation in any discipline.
- Experience: 0 to 3 years of experience in front office administration, corporate reception, or client-facing roles (Prior experience in the Education/EdTech sector is an advantage).

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
