Job Description / Responsibilities
Engineering Manager/Team Leader would lead and manage a small team of 5-10 engineers to design cost effective cutting edge electronic industrial products including touch panel HMI, PLCs. He / she would take ownership of design activities starting from concept to production ready prototype involving hardware, firmware/software and mechanical designs.
Prerequisites
- Hands-on experience in hardware/software/firmware development
- Product design experience
- Project Management / People management experience
- Experience with Microcontroller based designs
- Experience with Free scale Cold fire processor, Code warrior tools, Open Source tools, RTOS a plus
- Experience with TouchPanel HMIs and PLCs design a plus
Minimum Experience
- Should have a minimum of 5+ years including product design and supervising
