Om Sai Intex Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced HR Compliance Executive to join our team in Bangalore.

Location: Bangalore
Experience: 2–5 Years

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle statutory compliance including PF, ESI, PT, LWF, Bonus, and Gratuity.
- Coordinate payroll compliance and maintain statutory records.
- Prepare and submit compliance reports and documentation.
- Ensure adherence to labour laws and statutory regulations.
- Maintain employee records and compliance-related documentation.
- Coordinate with consultants and government authorities for compliance matters.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in HR, Commerce, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in HR Compliance.
- Positive knowledge of PF, ESI, PT, labour laws, and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in MS Excel.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
