About the Role

Solar Ace Energy Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated Channel Sales Executive to develop and manage dealer, distributor, and EPC partner networks across Pune and nearby regions. The ideal candidate should have robust relationship-building skills and a passion for achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

· Identify, appoint, and manage channel partners.

· Generate business through dealers, distributors, and EPC partners.

· Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

· Conduct product presentations and partner meetings.

· Coordinate with technical and operations teams for smooth project execution.

· Track market trends, competitor activities, and partner performance.

· Maintain strong relationships with existing partners and expand the network.

Qualifications & Skills

· Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing,



Engineering, or a related field.

· 1–3 years of experience in Channel Sales, B2B Sales, or Dealer Development.

· Experience in the Solar, Electrical, Renewable Energy, or EPC industry is preferred.

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

· Willingness to travel across Pune and nearby regions.
