Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented Tally Operator to manage daily accounting entries, maintain financial records, and ensure accurate bookkeeping using Tally ERP/Tally Prime. The ideal candidate should have basic accounting knowledge, proficiency in Tally, and good organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Record day-to-day financial transactions in Tally ERP/Tally Prime.
- Prepare and maintain purchase, sales, payment, receipt, and journal vouchers.
- Generate invoices, quotations, debit notes, and credit notes.
- Maintain customer and vendor ledgers.
- Perform bank reconciliation and cash book maintenance.
- Track accounts receivable and accounts payable.
- Assist in GST data preparation and statutory compliance.
- Maintain stock and inventory records in Tally (if applicable).
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Organize and maintain accounting documents and records.
- Coordinate with the Accounts and Finance team for audit and compliance requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent.
- Certification in Tally ERP/Tally Prime preferred.
Experience
- Fresher to 2 years of experience as a Tally Operator or Accounts Assistant.
- Freshers with strong Tally knowledge are encouraged to apply.
