Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with 4–5 years of professional experience to join our design team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Adobe InDesign and Adobe Photoshop, along with a keen eye for layout, typography, and visual communication. Candidates who are familiar with AI-powered design tools will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities
- Design high-quality print and digital marketing materials.
- Create book layouts, brochures, catalogues, flyers, posters, advertisements, and other promotional creatives.
- Develop visually appealing graphics while maintaining brand consistency.
- Collaborate with editorial, marketing, and production teams to deliver creative projects within deadlines.
- Edit and retouch images using Adobe Photoshop.
- Prepare print-ready artwork and ensure design quality standards.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, software,
and AI-based creative tools.
Required Skills
- Strong proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Adobe Photoshop.
- Good understanding of typography, colour theory, layout design, and print production.
- Creativity with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Familiarity with AI design tools such as Adobe Firefly, ChatGPT, Midjourney, or similar platforms will be an added advantage.
Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 4–5 years of relevant experience as a Graphic Designer.
- Experience in the publishing, printing, or educational industry will be preferred.
