We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Management Trainee to join our organization. The ideal candidate should be eager to learn, adaptable, and able to handle multiple responsibilities. This position provides comprehensive exposure to business operations, coordination, reporting, and process improvement initiatives, while working closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Support day-to-day business operations and management activities.
- Prepare and maintain reports, trackers, and dashboards using MS Excel.
- Coordinate with internal departments and stakeholders to ensure timely task execution.
- Collect, organize, and analyze data to assist in informed decision-making.
- Maintain accurate documentation, records, and process-related notes.
- Assist management in planning, follow-ups, and execution of projects.
- Identify operational gaps and recommend process improvements.




- Communicate effectively and professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
