We are hiring enthusiastic and result-oriented Telesales Executives for our Outbound Voice Process. The role involves contacting business customers, generating leads, promoting telecom solutions, and scheduling appointments for the sales team. Freshers with good communication skills are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to business customers in the UAE market.
- Introduce telecom and ICT solutions to potential customers.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments.
- Identify customer requirements and update CRM records.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain regular communication.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Build and maintain a solid sales pipeline.
- Ensure professional customer interaction and compliance with company policies.
Skills & Qualifications
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
- Prior experience in telesales, telecalling, customer service, or voice process is an advantage.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
