Are you a confident communicator with a passion for sales and helping students achieve their career goals? We're looking for motivated Student Counselors who can convert inquiries into successful admissions while delivering an excellent student experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact assigned leads through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Counsel prospective students on our language programs and help them choose the right course.
- Understand student requirements and address their queries with confidence.
- Build rapport and maintain regular follow-ups to maximize conversions.
- Convert inquiries into admissions by achieving daily and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate lead records and update all interactions in the CRM.
- Generate prospects through references and nurture potential students until enrollment.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth admission process.
- Deliver an excellent customer experience while contributing to team revenue goals.
Eligibility
- 0–3 years of experience in Student Counseling, Telesales, Inside Sales, Business Development, Telecalling,
or Customer Support.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to build a career in sales.
- Basic computer knowledge; CRM experience is an added advantage.
