Role Overview:
We are looking for a meticulous and experienced CAD Draughtsman/Interior Designer to join our team. You will be responsible for translating architectural concepts into exact, execution-ready drawings, ensuring every detail from structure to interiors is accurately documented.
Responsibilities:
- Produce detailed architectural drawings—including plans, sections, elevations, and site layouts—using CAD software.
- Develop comprehensive electrical, plumbing, and interior detailing drawings.
- Create precise built-in furniture drawings and custom joinery details.
- Ensure all documentation is clear, accurate, and ready for onsite execution.
- Collaborate with architects and site teams to resolve technical challenges.
- Adhere to project timelines while maintaining high-quality output.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5–10 years of professional experience in architectural CAD drafting.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory); knowledge of SketchUp or Revit is a plus.
- Strong experience in structural details, sections, elevations, and interior detailing.
- Ability to deliver execution-ready documentation within set deadlines.
- Keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of construction and interior documentation.
