The Customer Relations Executive serves as the primary point of contact for customers within the hypermarket, ensuring a positive shopping experience by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and providing timely assistance.
Qualifications:
- Any Graduation
- Prior Experience in a hypermarket, supermarket, or retail setting is an advantage, Freshers also can apply
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to work adaptable shifts, including weekends, public holidays, and peak retail seasons.
