About the Role

We are looking for a young, creative, and enthusiastic Digital Marketing Executive who is passionate about digital trends, social media, and content creation. The ideal candidate should have a content-driven mindset, stay updated with the latest digital trends, and be capable of generating innovative marketing ideas that engage audiences and build brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Create engaging and trend-driven content for social media, websites, blogs, and email marketing.
- Develop creative content ideas aligned with current trends, festivals, industry updates, and viral topics.
- Manage social media accounts including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
- Write compelling captions, ad copy, blogs, website content, and promotional material.
- Coordinate with graphic designers and video editors to create high-quality marketing assets.
- Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to identify new opportunities.
- Plan and manage content calendars.
- Execute paid advertising campaigns on Meta and Google Ads (preferred).
- Improve website traffic using SEO best practices and keyword research.
- Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other reporting tools.
- Generate leads through digital marketing initiatives and optimize campaigns for better conversions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to support lead generation and branding activities.
- Stay updated with AI tools and modern marketing technologies to improve productivity and campaign performance.

Required Skills

- Strong content writing and storytelling abilities.




- Creative thinking with a content-first approach.
- Excellent knowledge of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, Facebook, and trending social media formats.
- Understanding of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and email marketing.
- Knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools.
- Familiarity with video editing tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar platforms.
- Ability to identify and capitalize on trending topics and viral content opportunities.
- Good analytical skills with the ability to interpret marketing data.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and eager to learn new marketing techniques.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Digital Marketing certifications (Google, Meta, HubSpot, etc.) are a plus.
- Portfolio of social media pages, campaigns, or content creation work is highly preferred.
