Job Summary:
Rainbow International School is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Stock Incharge to manage and oversee inventory operations efficiently. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate stock records, ensuring proper storage, and coordinating with various departments for smooth stock flow.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain and update stock registers for books, uniforms, stationery, and other materials
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment
- Handle inward and outward stock entries with proper documentation
- Verify and inspect incoming materials from vendors
- Coordinate with suppliers and administration for stock requirements
- Ensure proper storage and organization of inventory
- Prepare periodic stock reports and assist in audits




- Minimize stock discrepancies and maintain accuracy

Requirements:

- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in inventory/store management
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and inventory management systems
- Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
- Good communication and coordination abilities
- Attention to detail and accountability

Preferred:

- Experience in a school or institutional workplace

Salary: As per experience and industry standards
