Roles & Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads through networking, referrals, digital platforms, and field activities.
- Meet prospective clients to understand their property requirements and investment goals.
- Present residential, commercial, and plotted development projects to potential buyers.
- Conduct property site visits and provide detailed project presentations.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, investors, and channel partners.
- Negotiate pricing and close property sales while achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation to booking, documentation, and handover.
- Coordinate with legal, finance, and CRM teams to ensure smooth transaction processing.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales reports using CRM software.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor projects, and real estate regulations.
- Participate in property exhibitions, promotional campaigns, and customer engagement events.
- Mentor junior sales executives and support the sales team in achieving organizational goals.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in real estate sales.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Strong knowledge of residential and commercial real estate markets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
