Details:

The interview process will include the following rounds:

1st: Online Quickfire Test 10 Questions In 8 Minutes.

2nd: Personal Interview with HR.

3rd: Aptitude Test - Attention to Detail, Numerical & Data Analysis, Verbal, Reasoning.

4th: Interview Round with HR Manager.
5th: Interview Round with HOD.

Upon selection, you will undergo one week of classroom-based process training followed by an assessment. Successful candidates will then move on to the floor.

Salary: 6 LPA

Training Period: 2 Months (Candidate will receive half salary during the training period). This is the maximum duration and may be reduced.

Probation Period: 6 Months (Candidate will receive full salary during the probation period).

Note: Rs. 1800/- PF & Rs. 200/- professional tax will be deducted from the full salary.

Job Title: Operations Executive (NVOCC Industry).

Location: Navi Mumbai, India.

Responsibilities:

* Coordinate and manage the end-to-end operational activities related to NVOCC shipments, including documentation, booking, cargo handling, and delivery.

* Liaise with various stakeholders, including slot operators, agents,



freight forwarders, and customers, to ensure smooth and timely execution of shipments.

* Prepare and process shipping documentation, including bills of lading or Delivery order and other required documents.

* Communicate with customers to provide shipment updates, resolve inquiries, and address any operational issues.

* Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales, customer service, and finance, to ensure seamless coordination and customer satisfaction.

* Coordinate with customers to ensure timely pickup and delivery of containers.

* Monitor and track shipment statuses using the company's online systems and tools, and provide regular updates to customers and stakeholders.

* Handle and resolve operational issues, such as delays, damages, and claims, in a timely and effective manner.

* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of shipments, documentation, and customer interactions.

* Stay informed about industry regulations, shipping trends, and best practices to ensure compliance and optimize operational processes.
