Job description:

We are looking for a motivated Field Service Technician to handle installation, servicing, and maintenance of access control systems and related hardware. This role is ideal for candidates with a technical background who enjoy hands-on fieldwork and problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

- Install, service, and troubleshoot access control systems and associated hardware
- Perform preventive maintenance and routine inspections
- Conduct system testing after installation or repairs
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues on-site
- Coordinate with supervisors and project teams for timely execution
- Ensure proper documentation of service activities

Systems & Equipment You’ll Work On

- Access Control Systems
- Electronic & Mechanical Locks
- Automatic Sliding & Swing Doors
- Door Closers, Floor Springs & Glass Door Hardware





Eligibility Criteria

- Diploma / ITI in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or Mechatronics
- 0–2 years of experience in field service, installation, or maintenance
- Basic understanding of electrical/mechanical systems
- Must own a bike with a valid driving license

Preferred Skills

- Troubleshooting and problem-solving ability
- Willingness to travel locally for fieldwork
- Positive communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
