- Prepare architectural concepts, layouts, and detailed working drawings.
- Develop 2D and 3D designs using AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar software.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, and project execution teams.
- Conduct site visits and monitor construction progress.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.
- Prepare BOQs, specifications, and project documentation.
- Review contractor work and resolve site-related design issues.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and vendors throughout the project lifecycle
