Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts & Warehouse Executive to manage day-to-day accounting activities along with warehouse inventory operations. The ideal candidate should possess basic accounting knowledge, inventory management skills, and the ability to coordinate effectively with vendors, transporters, and internal teams.

Location - Bhopal, Aurangabad, Khushkhera (Alwar)

Key Responsibilities

Accounts

· Record day-to-day accounting transactions in Tally/ERP.

· Prepare sales invoices, purchase entries, debit/credit notes, and payment vouchers.

· Maintain accounts payable and receivable records.

· Perform bank reconciliation and maintain cash book.

· Verify vendor invoices and process payments.

· Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory documentation.

· Maintain proper filing and accounting records.

· Support monthly closing and MIS report preparation.

Warehouse Operations

· Manage inward and outward material movement.

· Verify goods received against invoices and purchase orders.

· Maintain stock registers and inventory records.





· Conduct periodic physical stock verification and reconciliation.

· Coordinate dispatches with transporters and customers.

· Prepare delivery challans, e-way bills, and dispatch documentation.

· Ensure proper storage, labeling, and housekeeping of warehouse materials.

· Report inventory shortages or discrepancies to management.

Required Qualifications

· B.Com / M.Com / Graduate in Commerce or related discipline.

· 1–3 years of experience in Accounts, Warehouse, or Inventory Management.

Required Skills

· Working knowledge of Tally ERP/Prime or any ERP software.

· Valuable knowledge of MS Excel.

· Basic understanding of GST and accounting principles.

· Inventory and stock management knowledge.

· Strong analytical and numerical skills.

· Good communication and coordination abilities.

· Attention to detail and accuracy.

· Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
