Roles & Responsibilities

- You will be responsible for the overall project plan, budget, structure, schedule and staffing requirements for the delivery organization.
- You will be responsible to understand the client s business and technical needs and act as their trusted advisor for successful deployment of Millennium products.
- Experience in Banking Domain / Building payment platform applications.
- You will be responsible to identify new client business needs and articulate for growing the Millennium business at client.
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise all activities related to the design, development, testing, and deployment.
- Responsible for scoping, planning, budgeting, and forecasting of a release.
- Liaise with project managers to identify and engage the right resources needed to ensure the success of the project.
- To maintain a resource forecast that matches the aggregate demand profile.
- Maintain an aggregate view of demand to assist project manager(s) in controlling projects and reporting progress, providing input from a technology perspective.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with teams across the organization, ensuring effective delivery of applications into the production environment.
- Liaise with project/product managers, keeping them updated on release progress against milestones, risks, issues, and finances.
- Develop and maintain effective stakeholder relationships.
- Identify own development needs and proactively drive the development of own capability, using all available means, to achieve world-class standards.

Key Skills

- Proven experience as a Technical Architect.
- Experience in Project Management & Client Management.




- Experienced in Docker, Spring MVC, Hibernate, Restful, Web Services.
- Experience in both front end and backend technologies (e.g., Java, React JS etc).
- Familiarity with various operating systems and databases.
- Proficient to develop applications by using Struts (MVC), Spring Web Flow, Spring (MVC) frameworks, and client-specific frameworks.
- Experience handling blockchain, crypto, and NFT is an added advantage.
- Positive Experience in Cloud-based development, deployment, and architecture.
- Designing functional technology solutions.
- Overseeing development and implementation of programs.
- Experience in different software development methodologies.
- Familiarity with project tools, e.g., JIRA, Confluence.
- Experience working in development tools (Ex: Development Tools: JDBC, Servlet, JSP, MAVEN, MyEclipse SOAP, SQLdev, etc.)

Desired Candidate

- Minimum 12 years of experience in similar roles and breadth of knowledge to successfully lead a highly technical team of multiple product skills which does post sales Implementation, Configuration, and support for this software stack across multiple clients.
- Ambitious individual who can work under their own direction towards agreed targets/goals and with a creative approach to work.
- Intuitive individual with an ability to manage change and proven time management.
- Proven interpersonal skills while contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Up-to-date technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing publications.
- Demonstrated experience in ensuring industry best practices are implemented and SLA s are met.
