Position: Physical AI Data Operations Manager
Location: Bengaluru (On-site)

About the Role

XP Robotics is looking for a highly energetic and execution-focused Physical AI Data Operations Manager to lead our egocentric data collection program. You will manage internal teams and external vendors, scale our data collection network, ensure seamless operations and logistics, and maintain strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

· Own end-to-end egocentric data collection operations.

· Manage recording teams, engineers, and collection vendors.

· Identify, onboard, and grow a nationwide vendor network.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and clients.

· Coordinate project execution to meet quality, timeline, and delivery goals.

· Manage data shipment, logistics, tracking, and operational workflows.

· Drive SOPs, reporting, and operational excellence.

· Collaborate with engineering, operations, and customers to resolve issues quickly.

Requirements

· 1– 2years in Operations, Program Management, Vendor Management,



or Supply Chain.

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

· Experience managing multiple vendors or distributed field teams.

· Strong ownership and ability to execute in a quick-paced startup environment.

· Willingness to travel as required.
