Join the core team of celebrity DJ and content creator and gain hands-on experience managing a leading artist while learning the business of music, live events, brand partnerships, and entertainment.

What You’ll Do:

- ⁠ ⁠Assist in managing the artist’s day-to-day schedule, meetings, and calendar.
- ⁠ ⁠Coordinate with clubs, promoters, venues, brands, agencies, and event organizers.
- ⁠ ⁠Support booking inquiries, follow-ups, negotiations, and confirmations.
- ⁠ ⁠Maintain databases of promoters, venues, partners, and industry contacts.
- ⁠ ⁠Coordinate travel, accommodation, hospitality, and show logistics.
- Ensure all show-related documents, contracts, invoices, and payments are organized and tracked.
- Follow up on pending payments, agreements, and deliverables with clients.
- Act as a communication bridge between the artist and external stakeholders.
- ⁠Support on-ground execution during events, performances, and brand shoots.
- Assist in planning artist appearances, collaborations, and networking opportunities.
- Conduct market and industry research to identify new venues, festivals, promoters, and partnership opportunities.
- Help identify growth opportunities that can expand the artist’s brand and business.
- Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive business information.
- Take ownership of operational tasks and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.

- Flexible to travel and work evenings or weekends when required for events.
