Job Summary

Rohan Corporation is looking for a highly experienced Project Manager to lead and manage large-scale residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects. The candidate will be responsible for overall project planning, execution, quality control, budgeting, safety compliance, and timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage construction projects from planning to completion.
- Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of milestones.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and statutory requirements.
- Review site activities and conduct regular project meetings.
- Manage project costs, procurement, contracts, and billing processes.
- Identify project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
- Prepare project reports and present updates to senior management.
- Lead, guide, and mentor project teams,



site engineers, and supervisors.

Required Skills

- Strong expertise in construction project management.
- Excellent leadership and decision-making abilities.
- Strong knowledge of project planning, budgeting, and cost control.
- Proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD, and project management software.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple teams and large-scale projects effectively.

Requirements

- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 15+ years of experience in construction project management.
- Experience in residential, commercial, and real estate projects is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, contracts, and regulatory compliance.
