About the Role

We are seeking an energetic, strategically-minded, and execution-driven Marketing Executive with at least 3 years of hands-on experience to lead and elevate our solar consultation marketing initiatives.

In this role, you will bridge the gap between high-impact offline community engagement and strategic online brand presence. The ideal candidate thrives on ground-level campaign execution, local event activation, print/B2B partnerships, while maintaining strong working knowledge of digital marketing channels to optimize our lead generation pipelines.

Key Responsibilities

1. Traditional & Field Marketing (Primary Focus - Hands-On)

· Local Outreach & Events: Plan,



organize, and execute offline marketing campaigns, including solar awareness drives, local trade shows, housing community (RWA) expos, and commercial networking events.

· Collateral & Print Management: Oversee end-to-end production and distribution of printed promotional materials (brochures, flyers, site banners, direct mailers, billboards).

· Strategic Partnerships: Build and manage relationships with local property developers, architects, contractors, and business networks to generate steady business referrals.

· Vendor Negotiation: Coordinate with local printers, ad agency vendors, and event organizers to maximize ROI on offline budgets.

2. Analytics & Strategy

· Track and report on key campaign metrics across both offline and online channels.

· Work closely with the consultation and sales teams to align marketing messaging with customer pain points (electricity bill reduction, tax credits, green initiatives).

Requirements

· Experience: 3+ years of active experience in a marketing role combining field/traditional execution with digital knowledge.

· Traditional Marketing Expertise: Proven track record in event planning, field campaigns, collateral creation, and local B2B networking.

· Industry Focus: Prior experience in Solar/Renewables, Real Estate, Construction, or Home Services is strongly preferred.

· Digital Skillset: Functional knowledge of Google/Meta ads, social media management, email marketing tools, and basic website analytics.

· Soft Skills: Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills; strong self-starter attitude.
