We are seeking a Customer Relationship Executive for our fast-paced and highly talented concierge team.

Responsibilities

- Assist golfers with bookings, payment processing, and manage inbound/outbound calls and emails.
- Support the concierge by addressing queries related to Qutab Golf Course.
- Engage with golfers at Qutab Golf Course and resolve any concerns they may face.
- Manage Qutab Golf Course memberships and oversee Tee sheet schedules.
- Handle walk-in bookings and coordinate day-to-day reservations.
- Identify potential leads for third-party partnerships near Qutab Golf Course.
- Conduct first-level discussions with identified partners regarding the loyalty program.

Requirements

- Experience in customer service or telesales.
- Excellent communication skills
- Passion for superb hospitality and customer service
- Good computer skills.




- Should have knowledge of how the concierge is set up
- Extraordinary organizational and multitasking skills

Work Location: DDA Qutab Golf Course; Nearest Metro Station is Malviya Nagar

Working Days: 5 days (Tuesdays & Wednesdays will be fixed days off.)

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
