Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations and statutory compliances.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle day-to-day accounting in Tally (ERP 9 / Tally Prime)
- Pass journal entries, sales, purchase & expense entries.
- Prepare Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS)
- Manage GST compliance – calculation, filing & reconciliation (GSTR-2A/2B)
- Handle TDS payments & return filing (26Q, 24Q)
- Manage Professional Tax (PTRC & PTEC) returns
- Assist in Income Tax filings
- Perform Debtors & Creditors reconciliation
- Process online payments (NEFT/RTGS)
- Coordinate with internal teams/clients

Requirements:

- B.Com / M.Com
- 2-4 years of relevant experience (CA Firm preferred)
- Robust knowledge of GST, TDS & accounting
- Proficiency in Tally & MS Excel
- Good communication & coordination skills
- Experience in handling multiple vendors
