We are looking for an experienced Sr. Production Engineer with expertise in Plastic Injection Moulding to lead production operations, optimize manufacturing processes, and drive operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Production Operations

- Execute production plans to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
- Monitor injection moulding processes to ensure quality and productivity standards.
- Manage multiple injection moulding machines for optimal utilization.
- Coordinate manpower, materials, and dispatch schedules for smooth operations.

Process Control & Optimization

Optimize process parameters, cycle time, and machine productivity.

Analyze production losses and drive reduction in rejection, rework, and scrap.

Troubleshoot moulding defects and resolve process-related issues effectively.

Mold & Machine Management

Plan and execute mold changes with minimal downtime.

Coordinate with Maintenance and Tool Room teams for smooth machine operations.





Support preventive maintenance activities and improve machine reliability.

Ensure machine readiness for planned production schedules.

Team & Shift Management :

Manage shift manpower and ensure smooth shift operations.

Maintain compliance with production, quality, safety, and 5S standards.

Train and guide operators to improve skill levels and efficiency.

Maintain accurate production and shift reports.

Continuous Improvement

Drive improvement in OEE, productivity, and cost efficiency.

Implement Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and Kaizen initiatives on shop floor.

Required Technical Skills:

Robust knowledge of injection moulding process and machine operation

Experience in mould change, setup, and cycle time optimization

Ability to troubleshoot defects and stabilize processes

Knowledge of OEE, Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and Kaizen

Basic understanding of mould maintenance and production reporting

Pay: ₹30,000.45 - ₹40,000.71 per month
