Desired Candidate Profile

· Proven working experience as an accountant or in a relevant field

· Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures Hands-on experience with TALLY accounting software

· Advanced knowledge of Excel (using financial formulas and creating spreadsheets)

· Positive organizational and time-management abilities

· Sound Knowledge of GST. & Income Tax.

Key Roles/Responsibilities:

· Independently handle computation and filing of GST, TDS, and Income Tax returns.

· Prepare Financial Statements and manage Tax Audit and Statutory Audit processes.

· Handle day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accurate bookkeeping.

· Conduct month-end and year-end closing activities.

· Lead and manage the accounts team, ensuring timely completion of tasks and adherence to compliance requirements.

· Handle export transactions, including accounting, documentation, and foreign currency transactions in USD (Dollar) and EUR (Euro).

· Stay updated with current finance, taxation,



and accounting laws and ensure organizational compliance.

· Assist management in decision-making by preparing budgets, MIS reports, financial forecasts, and analytical reports.

· Collect, analyze, and summarize financial and accounting information.

· Prepare and publish financial statements within prescribed timelines.

· Manage financial obligations with suppliers, customers, and third-party vendors.

· Monitor and report the status of accounts payable and accounts receivable.

· Ensure overall statutory, financial, and tax compliance across all Group Companies.

· Coordinate with auditors, banks, government authorities, and other external stakeholders as required.

· Ensure adherence to internal controls, accounting policies, and financial reporting standards.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
