## About the Role:

We are looking for a highly accurate and experienced **US Medical Billing Specialist** to join our growing team. The ideal candidate must have **end-to-end knowledge of the US medical billing process** and be capable of handling **high-volume claim posting** while maintaining exceptional accuracy and productivity.

This role requires a detail-oriented skilled who understands the complete Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) process and can work independently with minimal supervision.

## Key Responsibilities:

* Post a high volume of insurance claims accurately and efficiently.

* Process claims while maintaining a high level of accuracy and quality.

* Review claims for completeness before submission.

* Work on the complete US medical billing cycle, from patient registration through payment posting and accounts receivable follow-up.

* Identify and resolve claim errors, rejections, and denials.

* Verify insurance eligibility and advantages when required.

* Follow up with insurance companies regarding pending or denied claims.

* Post payments, adjustments, and reconcile accounts.

* Maintain compliance with HIPAA and payer guidelines.

* Meet daily productivity and quality targets.

## Required Qualifications:

**Minimum 3+ years of experience in US Medical Billing.**

* Strong understanding of the complete Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) process.





* Experience handling **high-volume claim posting**.

* Excellent attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.

* Knowledge of ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS coding concepts.

* Experience with claim submission, payment posting, denial management, AR follow-up, and appeals.

* Familiarity with major insurance payers including Medicare, Medicaid, and Commercial Insurance.

* Experience using medical billing software and EMR/EHR systems.

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

* Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines.## Preferred Skills

* Experience with primary care or multi-specialty practices.

* Knowledge of payer portals such as Availity, Medicare, Medicaid, Optum, Waystar, Change Healthcare, or similar platforms.

* Advanced Microsoft Excel skills are a plus.
