- Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective and existing customers.
- Follow up on recent sales enquiries and convert leads into business opportunities.
- Coordinate with the sales and production teams for order processing and customer updates.
- Prepare and share quotations, product information, and other sales-related documents.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with customers for pending quotations and order confirmations.
- Follow up with customers for outstanding payments and maintain payment records.
