Job Description – Digital Marketing Executive

Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Junior Digital Marketing Executive who is passionate about AI powered marketing.

This role is ideal for someone with 1 to 3 years of experience in digital marketing or someone who has completed a hands on digital marketing internship and built a strong portfolio.

You will work closely with our marketing team to create engaging content, videos, social media campaigns, and marketing assets using contemporary AI tools.

Role and Responsibilities

- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms while monitoring performance and recommending improvements for better results.
- Create engaging social media content including posts, carousels, posters, reels, and short form videos for various digital platforms.
- Leverage AI powered tools to efficiently generate high quality marketing content and continuously explore emerging AI tools and workflows to enhance productivity and creativity.
- Write compelling captions, blogs, website content, and marketing copy that align with brand messaging and campaign objectives.
- Design visually appealing creatives using Canva or similar design tools to support marketing initiatives.
- Edit and optimize videos for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, and other social media channels.
- Manage, schedule,



and maintain social media content calendars to ensure consistent online engagement and brand presence.
- Collaborate effectively with designers, developers, and content writers while researching industry trends and competitor strategies to execute impactful marketing campaigns.

Requirements

- Completion of a Digital Marketing internship or relevant experience with a strong portfolio.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Basic understanding of SEO, social media marketing, and content marketing.
- Experience creating social media content.
- Basic graphic design skills using Canva or similar tools.
- Basic video editing skills using CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar software.
- Strong creativity and storytelling ability.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Self motivated with a willingness to learn continuously.

We're looking for someone who is genuinely excited about using AI to create better marketing content.

Experience with tools such as: ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Canva AI, CapCut AI, Midjourney, Runway, Veo, Adobe Firefly, Perplexity

You don't need to know every tool, but you should be enthusiastic about learning and using AI to create content, videos, posters, and marketing campaigns more efficiently.

Position: Junior Digital Marketing Executive

Experience: 1 to 3 Years. Freshers with a solid internship and portfolio may also apply.

Employment Type: Full time

Location: InfoPark, Koratty, Thrissur. Work from Office.

Shift: 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM IST.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
