- Support and lead design management for Green Building Architecture Campus Master Planning and Corporate Fit out Projects
- Manage the full design cycle concept schematic detailed design and GFC ensuring design intent quality and coordination
- Review and optimize drawings BOQs and specifications across Architecture Civil and Interior works
- Oversee material selection finish schedules and project specific detailing for both interior and exterior works
- Periodically update standards and specifications in line with emerging trends and codes NBC 2016 ECBC IGBC USGBC LEED and internal sustainability guidelines
- Coordinate and integrate the design output effectively with consultants PMC contractors and internal teams HVAC Electrical Plumbing FPS AV Lighting etc
- to ensure smooth project delivery
- Conduct regular site reviews to identify and resolve design gaps maintaining alignment with approved drawings
- Manage other campus infrastructure related design tasks as needed
- Track progress flag risks early and support timely completion of key deliverables
- Explore and integrate new materials technologies workplace strategies and sustainability focused solutions
- Ensure strong documentation communication and stakeholder alignment across all project stages
- Strong project management coordination communication and interpersonal skills are essential
