Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads through Upwork, Guru, PeoplePerHour (PPH), LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Handle cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and email marketing to connect with potential clients.
- Understand client requirements and provide suitable IT solutions.
- Manage client interactions via calls, emails, and chat.
- Schedule meetings and coordinate with the technical team.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate with clients, and follow up to close deals.
- Build long-term client relationships and achieve monthly sales targets.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in Business Development/IT Sales.
- Hands-on experience with Upwork, Guru, PPH, LinkedIn, and email marketing.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
- Experience in cold calling, lead generation, and deal closing.
- Basic understanding of IT services (Web, Mobile Apps, Digital Marketing, etc.).

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
