Daily dispatch and logistics operationsPlan, schedule, and coordinate dispatch of goods to meet delivery timelinesEnsure accurate preparation of dispatch documents (invoices, delivery challans, e-way bills, PODs, etc.)Monitor vehicle movement, routes, and delivery statusCoordinate with transporters, drivers, warehouse, and sales teamsHandle customer inquiries related to dispatch and delivery issuesManage dispatch staff, shifts, and workload allocationTrack shortages, damages, delays, and take corrective actionsMaintain dispatch registers, MIS reports, and system entries (ERP)Coordinate with inventory/warehouse teams to ensure stock availabilitySupport stock reconciliation and audit activities for SubcontractPrepare daily/weekly/monthly dispatch performance reportsAnalyze dispatch efficiency and suggest process improvements
Pay: From ₹45,000.00 per month
