About the Role

We're looking for a Lead / Manager – Product Design to lead the product design function and shape the overall design vision across consumer-facing products. This role combines hands-on design expertise with team leadership, working closely with Product, Engineering, and executive stakeholders to deliver intuitive, scalable, and visually compelling user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

- Define and drive the product design vision and UI/UX strategy.
- Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing Product Design team.
- Design and evolve scalable design systems and UI components.
- Ensure a consistent and premium user experience across web and mobile applications.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and leadership teams to influence product direction.
- Lead the end-to-end product design process from research and prototyping to final handoff.
- Conduct design reviews and maintain high standards across all design deliverables.
- Champion user-centred design backed by data and business goals.

Requirements

- 7+ years of Product Design/UI/UX experience, including 5+ years in UI/UX design.
- Minimum 1 year of experience leading or mentoring design teams.




- Strong experience designing consumer-facing web and mobile applications.
- Expertise across the complete product design lifecycle.
- Exceptional UI and UX design skills with a robust visual portfolio.
- Hands-on experience building scalable design systems.
- Proficiency with Figma, Principle, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience collaborating with senior leadership, Product, and Engineering teams.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design (HCI, Interaction Design, Visual Communication, or related field) from a premier design institution.
- Experience working in B2C product companies is mandatory.
