Job Summary
The Admissions Quality Analyst is responsible for ensuring excellence in the admissions process by monitoring counseling quality, auditing branch operations, and driving adherence to organizational SOPs and service standards. The role focuses on enhancing the student experience by evaluating counseling effectiveness, ensuring accurate and transparent communication, minimizing lead leakages, and improving follow-up processes. The Admissions Quality Analyst conducts branch and infrastructure audits, analyzes quality metrics, prepares insightful reports, and collaborates with Training and Operations teams to implement process improvements and coaching initiatives. Through data-driven analysis and continuous quality enhancement, the role contributes to improved conversion rates, operational efficiency, and overall student satisfaction across all branches.
Key Responsibilities
1. Admissions Process Quality Control
- Monitor branch visits to ensure students receive prompt, professional, and effective counseling.
- Audit counseling sessions for accuracy, empathy, and conversion effectiveness.
- Ensure students receive complete and transparent information regarding courses, fees, and career opportunities.

Follow-up & Escalation Management
- Track missed follow-ups and initiate corrective action through defined escalation matrices.
- Implement systematic checks to reduce lead leakages and improve conversion ratios.
- Ensure timely communication with prospective students to maintain engagement and trust.
3. Branch Performance Audits
- Conduct regular audits to evaluate adherence to SOPs and service standards.
- Identify operational gaps that may impact revenue generation or student satisfaction.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations for branch-level improvements.
4. Training & Process Improvement
- Collaborate with the training team to design retraining programs based on audit findings.
- Recommend SOP enhancements to streamline admissions workflows.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives aligned with the Quality function’s objectives.
5. Reporting & Analytics
- Prepare weekly and monthly quality reports highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Use data-driven insights to recommend strategic interventions for admissions growth.
- Present structured findings and action plans to senior management.
6. Operational & Infrastructure Audits
- Conduct inventory checks to ensure proper availability and management of required resources at branches.
- Perform branch infrastructure audits to ensure facilities meet organizational standards.
- Visit branches as required to conduct on-ground quality audits and operational checks.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting tools.
- Experience in MIS reporting, dashboard creation, and performance analytics.
- Strong understanding of KPIs, ROI analysis, productivity measurement, and conversion metrics.
- Knowledge of Quality Assurance methodologies, process audits, and continuous improvement techniques.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and data management tools is an added advantage.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Education, or a related field. A Master's degree is an added advantage.
- 2–5 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Admissions Operations, Student Counseling Quality, Sales Quality, or Process Audits, preferably in the EdTech or Education industry.
- Solid understanding of admissions processes, counseling techniques, and customer lifecycle management.
