- Manage product listings on e-commerce platforms and company websites.
- Upload and update product information, images, pricing, and descriptions.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock updates.
- Process and track customer orders.
- Handle customer queries and resolve issues related to orders and products.
- Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams for timely dispatch.
- Monitor sales performance and prepare reports.
- Assist in planning and executing promotional campaigns.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date product catalog management.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce operations.
- Knowledge of online marketplaces and e-commerce platforms.
- Positive communication and organizational skills.
- Basic knowledge of Excel and reporting tools.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
Job Details
- Shift: UK Shift (12:30 PM – 10:30 PM)
- Location: IT Park, Chandigarh (Office will shift to Mohali within 3 months)
- Probation Period: 3 Months
- Holidays: UK Bank Holidays
