Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and motivated AI Engineer with 1–3 years of experience to join our growing AI team. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Python development, and modern AI frameworks. You will work on developing intelligent applications, Large Language Model (LLM) solutions, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems, and scalable AI-powered products.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Engineering (CSE), Artificial Intelligence (AI), Data Science (DS), Information Technology, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML application development.
- Strong programming skills in Python.
- Good understanding of Machine Learning and Deep Learning concepts.
- Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI.
- Familiarity with frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face, or similar.
- Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures.
- Knowledge of vector databases such as ChromaDB, FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate, or Milvus.
- Experience developing REST APIs using Django, Django REST Framework, or Flask.
- Familiarity with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL.
- Basic understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Knowledge of Git, Docker, and CI/CD fundamentals.
- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES ACTIVITIES

AI Development

- Design, develop, and maintain AI-powered applications and services.




- Build and optimize LLM-based solutions using modern AI frameworks.
- Develop and maintain Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.
- Integrate AI models with web applications and backend services.
- Evaluate, fine-tune, and optimize AI models for performance and accuracy.

Backend Development

- Develop scalable REST APIs using Django/Flask.
- Design efficient database schemas and optimize queries.
- Integrate vector databases and embedding models into AI applications.
- Implement secure, maintainable, and scalable backend solutions.

Collaboration & Innovation

- Work closely with product managers, designers, and software engineers to deliver AI solutions.
- Participate in code reviews and technical discussions.
- Research emerging AI technologies and recommend improvements.
- Contribute to documentation and knowledge-sharing within the team.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Gemini, or other LLM APIs.
- Knowledge of prompt engineering and AI evaluation techniques.
- Understanding of embeddings, semantic search, and vector databases.
- Experience with Redis, Celery, WebSockets, or Kafka is a plus.
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud deployment.
- Exposure to AI monitoring, model evaluation, and observability
