This is an exciting role of Business Development Executive where you get to work in the Sales Function for Tax Software. In this role, you will be responsible for new customer acquisition and delivering revenue growth. You will communicate with Chartered Accountants, understand their Income Tax, TDS, and GST filing requirements, and recommend suitable tax software solutions.

Responsibilities

- Drive sales and achieve assigned revenue targets.
- Engage with potential and existing clients through phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
- Conduct at least 2 client meetings every week.
- Convert prospects into customers and generate revenue.
- Consult with the Product Expert Team if any client query arises.
- Provide regular sales reports and feedback to the Sales Manager.
- Stay informed about competing products and their pricing.
- Update daily tasks and activities in CRM.
- Be available over phone and have a laptop with an internet connection.




- Attend 4–5 days of online training through remote sessions.
- Visit the Jaipur Head Office for 7–10 days once every six months.

Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience.
- Software sales experience is preferred.
- Direct sales experience is preferred.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Aggressive, target-oriented, and self-motivated.
- Street-smart approach to sales.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Permanent resident of Surat.
- Knowledge of Gujarati (Local Language).

Employment Details

- Position: Full time
- Working Hours: 11:30 AM – 6:30 PM (7 hours including a 1-hour break)

Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year
