Position: Quality Manager (CNC Machining – Automotive)

We are looking for an experienced Quality Manager to lead our machining quality function and drive continuous improvement in quality systems, customer satisfaction, and process excellence. The ideal candidate should have a robust background in CNC machining within the automotive industry and experience working directly with OEM and Tier-1 customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the Quality for CNC machining operations.
- Ensure compliance with customer, OEM, and IATF 16949 quality requirements.
- Interface with OEM and Tier-1 customers for quality reviews, audits, new product launches, and issue resolution.
- Lead customer complaint investigations using structured problem-solving methodologies and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.
- Monitor process capability, quality KPIs, rejection trends, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Oversee incoming,



in-process, and final inspection activities.
- Review and maintain quality documentation, including Control Plans, PFMEA, PPAP, SPC, MSA, and Work Instructions.
- Coordinate internal and external quality audits and ensure timely closure of audit findings.
- Work closely with Production, Engineering, Maintenance to improve product quality and process stability.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the Quality team while fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement.

Candidate Profile

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Production, Industrial, or related Engineering.
- 5–10 years of quality experience in an Automotive Tier-1 or Tier-2 manufacturing company, preferably in CNC machining.
- Hands-on experience dealing directly with OEM and Tier-1 automotive customers.
- Strong knowledge of IATF 16949, PPAP, APQP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, 8D, and root cause analysis methodologies.
- Good understanding of engineering drawings, GD&T;, and precision measuring instruments.
- Excellent leadership, communication, customer management, and problem-solving skills.
- Preferred age: 28–45 years.
