Key Job Responsibilities

- Project Management: Lead project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and

buildings.

- Site Supervision & Execution: Supervise on-site teams, manage

subcontractors, and ensure construction aligns with designs and quality
standards.

- Compliance & Safety: Ensure compliance with legal regulations, municipal

codes, and health and safety standards.
- Resource & Quality Management: Oversee material procurement, site

inventory,



and cost control (estimation and rate analysis).
- Coordination: Act as a liaison between architects, consultants, contractors,
