About the Role

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive to take daily ownership of our paid campaigns across multiple ad accounts. With several accounts running at once, campaigns need consistent, hands-on optimization that the core team doesn't have the bandwidth to provide. Key Responsibilities

Manage, monitor, and optimize campaigns daily across multiple Google Ads accounts (Meta Ads a plus). Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and ongoing campaign refinement. Track performance using GA4, GTM, and conversion tracking to guide optimization decisions. Build and share regular performance reports with clear, actionable insights. Identify underperforming campaigns quickly and course-correct to protect lead generation.



Apply audience and search-intent understanding specific to accounting/bookkeeping and financial services clients.

Requirements

1–2 years of hands-on experience running and optimizing Google Ads campaigns.

Good working knowledge of GA4, GTM, and conversion tracking setup.

Experience with B2B lead generation campaigns is preferred.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into optimization decisions.

Comfortable owning multiple ad accounts simultaneously with consistent daily attention.

Nice to Have

Experience driving leads for financial services (a current priority for us). Experience with accounting, bookkeeping, tax, or professional services clients.

Meta Ads experience alongside Google Ads.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
