We are recruiting for valuation agency empanelled with leading banks and financial institutions. We are hiring a Property Valuer to handle site inspections, prepare bank-format valuation reports, and coordinate valuation assignments. The office is based in South Bopal, and the role involves regular travel to properties across Ahmedabad.
Responsibilities
- Visit and physically inspect properties (residential, commercial, industrial, land) across Ahmedabad.
- Measure area, assess construction quality, age, condition, and stage of completion.
- Verify property documents — title deeds, approved plans, municipal records — against the site.
- Assess fair market value, realisable value, and distress value using standard valuation methods.
- Prepare valuation reports in bank-prescribed formats with photographs, location maps, and rate justification.
- Coordinate with bank branches, clients, and property owners to schedule visits and collect documents.
- Meet bank turnaround-time (TAT) requirements and handle post-report queries.
Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or Architecture [or IBBI Registered Valuer – Land & Building, if you want this mandatory].
- [0–3 / 1–5] years' experience in property valuation; bank valuation experience preferred.
- Knowledge of Ahmedabad property market and local rates.
- Own two-wheeler and valid driving licence (field role).
- Valuable report-writing skills; proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
Preferred
- IBBI registration (Land & Building).
- Familiarity with bank valuation formats and lending documentation.
