Odoo Functional Consultant / Odoo Technical Developer

Job Overview:

We are looking for experienced Odoo Professionals to join our growing team. We have openings for both Odoo Functional Consultants and Odoo Technical Developers who are passionate about delivering high-quality ERP solutions and driving successful digital transformation projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Functional Consultant

- Lead end-to-end Odoo ERP implementation projects.
- Conduct client workshops and gather business requirements.
- Analyze business processes and recommend Odoo-based solutions.
- Configure Odoo modules including Manufacturing (MRP), Inventory, Purchase, Sales, Quality, and Maintenance.
- Prepare functional documentation and perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Train end users and provide post-go-live support.
- Collaborate with technical teams for customizations and integrations.

Technical Developer

- Develop, customize, and maintain Odoo modules.
- Design and implement REST APIs and third-party integrations.
- Build reports, dashboards, workflows, and automation.
- Perform data migration, version upgrades, and system optimization.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and improve application performance.
- Work closely with functional consultants to deliver business requirements.





Required Skills

- 3–8 years of experience in Odoo ERP.
- Strong understanding of Odoo Community and Enterprise Editions.
- Experience in ERP implementation and customization projects.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Functional Consultant Skills

- Expertise in Manufacturing (MRP), Inventory, Purchase, Sales, Quality, and Maintenance modules.
- Strong business process understanding and consulting experience.
- Experience in requirement gathering, solution design, and client interaction.

Technical Developer Skills

- Strong proficiency in Python and the Odoo Framework.
- Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL, XML, JavaScript, and QWeb.
- Experience with REST APIs, third-party integrations, and data migration.
- Knowledge of Git, Linux, and Docker is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working on multiple Odoo implementation projects.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a rapid-paced environment.
- Strong customer-focused approach and attention to detail.
