We are hiring a Senior Technical Project Manager to lead technology projects, digital transformation initiatives, and product development programs.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end delivery of complex technology & digital projects.

Manage project scope, timelines, budget, risks, and stakeholders.

Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies and ensure timely sprint delivery.

Lead cross-functional teams (Dev, QA, BA, Design & Operations).

Identify automation opportunities and implement enterprise solutions (CRM, mobile apps, AI tools).

Requirements:

10–15 years of experience in Project/Product Management or Technology Leadership.

Solid experience in Agile/Scrum, enterprise applications, and digital transformation.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/CS/IT (Master’s preferred).

Certifications: PMP, Scrum Master, or PSPO (preferred).

Proficient in Jira, Confluence, and project tracking tools.

Preferred Profile: Results-oriented leader with excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
