Job Responsibilities

- Should have experience in Medical Record Documentation / Skin Biopsy Labelling / Cancer cell detection Labelling / Brain disease analysis by analyzing MRI image/ Kidney stones labelling / Liver Diagnosis / Teeth and gum segmentation / Diagnostic Image Analysis / Microscopic cell analysis / Eye cell analysis
- Determine and define project scope and objectives
- Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner
- Prepare budget based on scope of work and resource requirements
- Track project costs in order to meet budget
- Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan
- Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
- Should be responsible for customer experience, escalations & achieving highest customer’s satisfaction
- Must be excellent in exploiting features in using Excel, Word & Power point
- Must be technically competent to understand industry standard HW & SW products
- Should be able to build and Strengthen Team, plan for their growth with regular counseling and training
- Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables
- Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution
- Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed




- Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement
- Ensure Operations are run effectively and efficiently to meet the Service Level Agreements and Targets. Should be able to handle large operations.
- Responsible for staff development, staff planning to meet service requirements and involvement in recruitment process as necessary
- Providing regular performance feedback and giving frequent formal and informal coaching sessions for a better productivity
- On floor improvement initiatives
- Ensure resource availability to the floor
- Will be responsible for Client interaction, Process Profitability, and ownership of an entire outbound/inbound process
- Organizes and analyzes project close-out including review of budget vs actual of project hours
