We are urgently hiring a agile and result-driven Sales & Marketing Officer for our garment export division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving international business growth, developing strategic marketing initiatives, and managing relationships with buyers, retail brands, and buying houses across global markets.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales
- Identify and develop new international business opportunities
- Generate export orders and achieve monthly/annual sales targets
- Handle direct communication with buyers and buying houses
- Coordinate with merchandising and production teams for smooth execution
Strategic Planning
- Develop and implement result-oriented marketing strategies
- Analyze market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities
Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with international clients
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business
Product Marketing & Trend Analysis
- Track global fashion trends and align product offerings accordingly
- Provide market insights to design and product development teams
Trade Marketing & Promotion
- Represent the company in buyer meetings, exhibitions, and trade fairs
- Prepare professional presentations, costing sheets, and proposals
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Work closely with merchandising, production, and quality teams
- Ensure timely communication and execution of orders
Reporting & Analytics
- Monitor performance metrics and sales reports
- Provide regular updates to management on business growth
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 3–6+ years in garment/apparel/knitwear marketing (export house preferred)
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of garment construction, and export processes
- Export Experience: Hands-on experience with international buyers (EU/US/Middle East) and buying houses
- Skills:
- Excellent client-handling and presentation abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital platforms
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Textile Technology (preferred)
