Position:
Operations Manager

Department:
Hospital Operations

Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Oversee the daily functioning of OPD, Day Care, Diagnostics, Pharmacy, Laboratory, Billing, Front Office, and Support Services.
2. Ensure smooth patient flow from registration to consultation, investigation, treatment, billing, and discharge.
3.Prepare and monitor staff duty rosters for shifts.
4.Conduct daily operational briefings and periodic staff performance reviews.
5. Implement initiatives to improve patient satisfaction and service excellence.
6. Ensure adherence to hospital policies, SOPs, NABH standards, biomedical waste management guidelines, fire safety norms, and statutory compliance.
7. Coordinate with Finance, HR, Procurement, and IT for uninterrupted hospital operations.

Experience:
3+ years of experience
No freshers will be considered
Required experience in hospital management
Experience in a speciality hospital or multi-speciality healthcare facility will be an added advantage.

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
