Job Description

8MH Organic is a boutique hospitality and experiential stays company managing premium villas, farmstays, boutique hotels, and event-friendly properties across India.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and execution-focused OTA Listing & Sales Executive to manage, optimise, and scale our presence across leading Online Travel Agencies (OTAs).

Key Responsibilities

- Create, manage, and optimise property listings across OTAs including Airbnb, Booking.com, MakeMyTrip, Agoda, and similar platforms
- Ensure accuracy of content including descriptions, pricing, amenities, policies, photos, and availability
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure real-time inventory, rate parity, and calendar management
- Work with our clients and mentor them on optimising and pricing strategies
- Implement pricing strategies in coordination with revenue goals and seasonality
- Monitor bookings, cancellations, and performance metrics
- Handle guest queries and booking-related communication where required
- Drive occupancy and conversions through listing optimisation and OTA best practices
- Support sales initiatives for events, long stays, and corporate bookings

Requirements





- Prior experience managing OTA platforms for hotels, vacation rentals, or hospitality brands
- Solid understanding of OTA dashboards, rate management, and listing optimisation
- Excellent written communication skills (English)
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple properties simultaneously
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, execution-driven environment
- Basic understanding of hospitality sales and guest expectations

Valuable to Have

- Experience with channel managers / PMS tools
- Exposure to boutique hotels, villas, or experiential stays
- Knowledge of dynamic pricing or revenue management concepts
