Key Responsibilities:

- * Convert enquiries into memberships through calls, walk-ins and follow-ups.
- * Handle customer queries and provide an excellent customer experience.
- * Conduct gym tours and explain membership plans and offers.
- * Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- * Maintain accurate records of leads, sales and customer interactions in the CRM.
- * Follow up with prospective members and renewals.
- * Coordinate with the operations team to ensure a seamless member experience.
- * Generate referrals and build relationships with existing members.
- Requirements:
- * 3–4 years of experience in sales and customer service.
- * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- * Solid negotiation and closing abilities.
- * Comfortable working with sales targets.
- * Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
- * Positive attitude, well-groomed and customer-focused.
- Preferred:
- * Experience in the fitness, hospitality, retail or wellness industry.
