- Develop and implement business development strategies for ETP & O&M; services
- Identify new clients/business opportunities and generate leads in industrial and commercial sectors
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
- Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts and close deals
- Coordinate with technical and project teams for successful execution
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
Requirements:
- 5–6 years of experience in business development within ETP/STP or O&M; operations
- Strong client coordination and communication skills
- Proven track record in sales growth and target achievement
- Valuable knowledge of wastewater treatment industry
- Ability to work independently and achieve business targets
